Handling The Process of Liberation

I can’t begin to describe to you how difficult and yet strangely comforting the last week or so has been, as I have been launched unexpectedly into handling the process of liberation. The sudden death of a loved one around the time of the new moon, a change in direction over an elderly parent’s care and a hiccup in my own health, have all pushed me to re-embrace parts of myself that I had mistakenly cast aside in the melee of daily life.

Liberation is sometimes a gentle letting go of the things that we have outgrown, but oftentimes it comes as a shock ending of something that we naively believed would be there forever. Nothing in nature is permanent and we are therefore advised in every spiritual tradition to live in the now and attach to nothing.

Human nature though, has us forming bonds for our own survival, a hang up from the days when primative tribal mentality was still the norm across the entire globe.

As we are jolted by whatever means from our intrinsic trance-like state, just long enough to see clearly the bigger plan that is subtly shielded from us in order that we continue along our daily charade, we are forced to look at our own mortality and our own sense of posessive ownership of the things, people and connections around us. Even our own bodies are on loan from the universe, as a vehicle for exploring the realm in which we find ourselves. But it’s a beautiful game and one we were falling over ourselves to be a part of no doubt.

Handling the process of liberation though, is a game of slowing down and getting to grips with where you are. I have found myself speeding up, leaning into the experience of expelling the unwanted… not gripping, not resisting but in complete opposition… forcing the process to continue. Daring the universe in a bold “let’s just get on with it then” kind of attitude. It’s not the way.

If you are handling this letting go process or finding yourself in a grieving stage, be mindful that Source has a timetable, one that is designed for you to handle even if it feels like you are falling apart (or holding it together). You are not in control of the speed at which the universe purges your karma or even how long it will take to reach your destiny.

Be prepared to let go… don’t rush forward, don’t hold back… let nature take it’s course and you will arrive exactly where you are meant to be, exactly when you are meant to be there.

Now is the time to practice extreme self-care (Principle 6), self-love (Principle 1) and forgiveness (Principle 3).

Allow yourself to feel.

When you have no other choices

We always have a choice in reality, so the title feels somewhat misleading, but it isn’t meat to be. You have probably been to this place before, the place where all roads meet. This is the place where it feels like no matter what you do you cannot influence an outcome, and that destiny will deliver you wherever it has decided you need to be in order to set the universe back in balance. When you have no other choices it is time to surrender to what is. To be at one with where you are and to observe what life wants to show you next.

Being at home with the essence of powerlessness lends you the necessary strength to regain balance in the midst of transforming circumstances. It is not enough to give up control at moments like these, it is also necessary to give up any expectation of the destination or details associated with it that you may previously have held onto.

It feels counterintuitive to everything we have been taught about the law of attraction and the miracles of manifesting but the truth is that these things require a final sacrifice… The need to give up on the goal itself.

The vision most sacred to you is the thing you have to be fully prepared to let go of and honour your own happiness and wholeness in the absence of it, truly believing that you’ve put in the hard work, the commitment, the dedication and devotion to a singular consequence for as long as you could possibly hold on before it broke you… and then you let it go… let God take over the process entirely even if it means you never reach the goal.

The act of long term commitment changes you. You cannot help but grow from it, learn from it, it transforms you into a greater version of yourself as you explore every facet of faith along the way, but the final test faith is to set it and yourself free completely, and that comes when there is no more expansion to be had and no more avenues to be explored. This is the beginning of a new journey, a new dream and the beginning of a new devotion… the form of which will remain a mystery until destiny imparts it’s secrets as it will.

Principle 2: I AM Detached, allows you to break away from the self-imposed vision of the outcome you have tethered to and Principle 7: I AM Open-Hearted, aids you in releasing what was and allowing what is or what might become. These two aspects of Grail wisdom situate you in the slipstream of miracles and help you recognise the beauty of this moment and all the gifts present within it.

When you have no other choices, it’s alright to let go. You’ve done enough.

Getting To Grips With Ownership (And The Giving Of Surprise Gifts)

Continuing along the theme of abundance on this beautiful Summer Solstice, I was playing with the title and couldn’t help but notice the irony of it. Getting to grips with ownership actually has two deliberately loaded and unwise concepts at its core:

  1. The concept of ownership
  2. The act of gripping.

Taking you back to Monday’s insight “The Truth About Abundance,” at its core were two more productive ideas:

  1. The concept of allowing or acceptance
  2. The act of sharing.

The two things have a very different feel and the universe knows it.

If you want to increase your quota of anything, be it money and material wealth, love, friends, joy,  even ideas, then recognising that true ownership is universal and ultimately sits within the mind of God is the first step to putting yourself directly in the flow of more good stuff.

Take me for instance. I’ve long been grappling with whether or not to launch the membership aspect of this site. I’ve placed obstacle after obstacle in my path. Now some of that was due to gaps in my knowledge base about the technical aspects of building a site but mostly it was the constant indecision about how much I wanted to share about The Wholly Grail and my work… completely counter to my natural propensity towards sharing… but then I had never had anything taken from me before. Because I give so freely of my work and pretty much everything else I have, nobody has ever felt the need to take what’s mine when it’s always been so apparent that asking for it would yield such gifts and flow of generosity that underhanded tactics would prove unnecessary.

It yielded an ego response from me. That’s what ownership is: ego. It comes from a place of lack and a fear of not having enough. We live in a proprietary world where what’s yours is yours and what’s mine is my own. But more importantly and more accurately it almost stopped the flow. I almost abandoned the whole idea of not just the membership platform but of sharing Grail insights at all. Then something amazing happened…

Did I already mention where true inspiration comes from?

The Grail is an ancient concept that has been fed to many minds over many millennia straight from the mind of God. The uniqueness of The Wholly Grail is determined by the manner in which I interpret the universal flow of intelligence through the filter of my own experiences.

When I release my grip on ownership I begin to understand that though the copyright may remain with me, the information has been given to help mankind, and it was given to me, to flow through me, exactly because of my joy of sharing.

That being said… as a gift to the whole world on this the longest day of the year, Midsummer’s Day no less, I am opening up the first phase of the membership site later this afternoon. You can join as a ‘Seeker’ which is a FREE membership status and get delicious access to the basics of the secret Grail Mechanics that hide in plain site to throw you off the path, as well as 3 upcoming members only workshops with me… and first hand news of when the site will be open for full ‘Grail Knight’ membership and what that will provide to guide you along your path to inner peace, enlightenment and living an empowered life.

So to recap… God owns everything, if you grip onto it you kill it dead… if you let it go you let it flow… sharing is the key to receiving more… exchange of energy makes it grow faster… you don’t have to take someone else’s, yours is on its way if you allow it to come… and the membership site goes live this afternoon… got it? Good.

I’ve immensely enjoyed sharing… it’s Principle 7 in action… Please share this too if it resonates (you never know who might find The Wholly Grail an invaluable tool).

More later… (a lot more if you sign up for FREE today) x
