Are you, like me, one of those people that doesn’t have a set schedule? If you are then chances are you’re still pre-programmed with the need to get things done. The only problem being that because nobody stipulates your day off, you forget to give yourself one. There is always stuff to do and you will never get it done. Spiritual development or soul work is just the same. You will never get it done.
Yesterday was a Bank Holiday here in the UK and I was all set to do a days work, get all my blogs and newsletters done, edit my weekly YouTube videos (and work on the membership programme, record the meditation videos for my forgiveness course, work on my book, sort the content for this week’s online class…. you get the idea) when I found a single piece of fascinating information hidden amongst some other old junk in a cupboard. It set me on a trail of discovering the next layer of my own spiritual journey and my bank holiday work schedule became a distant memory. Synchronicity and the universe had another plan for me.
What I found was a Kabbalistic Angelic Astrology Calculator amongst some books that were residual stock from my shop. That was back in 2009, so effectively I’ve had this item for 11 years still in it’s packaging. Only now, after I’ve spent the last year working with Kabbalah in my own development had it become relevant to me… I could literally hear the angels screaming “Do not discard! Open it.”
Several hours and much research later, I was astounded to find that the exact lessons that I had been living out over the last decade of my life and actually effectively for most of my adult life, were written in black and white in front of me. If only I had opened it back in my shop in 2009.
The truth is, if I’d opened it then I wouldn’t have understood a word. None of it would have resonated and I would have filed it in the back of mind under interesting but useless. Today though, this information is a valdation of my mission and my reason for incarnating in this lifetime. I had to live out the last decade blind in order to see.
This journey is meant to unfold in Divine timing and moreover, it’s meant to keep unfolding lifetime after lifetime. Once you understand that you will never get it done, you can begin to ease up on yourself and relax about the next bit. I know that the universe and the angels are going to get me where I am supposed to be, to do what I’m supposed to do and greet who I’m supposed to meet at exactly the right moment for my highest good and everyone else’s, I just have to follow the guidance I’m offered in the form of inspiration, urges and fascination.
I’m supposed to be in a constant state of Principle 2: I AM Detached, focused and present with what is. That is where The Grail is and that is where the magic happens. Imagine if I had written this blog yesterday… it would be a different blog and I wouldn’t have made a massive, magical discovery about my own purpose and renewed my passion for following my path.
Now imagine what you might discover if you get present with what is fascinating you right now.
