Quiet Please, Im Processing

Whenever you are amidst the tumultuous workings of a busy mind, the basics can get left behind in the interior swirl. Personally I have decided to take the day off… I almost didn’t write a post except to get my head in the game, which sounds like a contradiction doesn’t it? Take the day off/get your head in the game???

When I say take a day off its a day off from drama, from external influence and from distraction and getting my head in the game simply means to reconnect to my own core goals and ideals through deep meditation and connection to the angelic realm for guidance on which way to proceed.

The clutter that gets jammed up inside your head stops you from focusing on the most significant Principle of The Wholly Grail and that is simply to recognise that you are in fact the creator of your own life story and you have the power to build the chapters any way you want. Principle 1: I AM God sounds like a big pair of shoes to fill but those shoes come in your size too and you are not expected to stand in anyone else’s.

Getting clear on where you would like those shoes to take you needs a certain amount of discernment… if you are caught up in the eddy of outer appearances then you will no doubt be feeling a little unsure of which way next and even if you knew, how would you break loose of where you are at the moment?

“Quiet please, I’m processing” may have those who are used to having your attention feeling a little put out, but for you to steer your ship you have to get everyone else out of the control room, off the bridge and especially to get their hands off the wheel.

Whether you need an hour, a day, a week or an indefinite time out, you are worthy of your own peace.  You are brave enough to place a “do not disturb” on the door, a “hold my calls” on the phone and give yourself permission to come back to YOU.

Saturday Oracle – Wearing Shadow Shackles

It’s all in the mind.

As you wander, almost furiously into this week, searching for an escape from the restrictions imposed upon you by your own confusion, there’s a danger of becoming further enmeshed in the internal drama.

When Principle 5: I AM Liberated meets the inky brow chakra then you are wearing shadow shackles that have no real substance except in your imagination which has cornered you with your own fear.

This is a powerful week, combining a new moon and the Chinese New Year and you are putting yourself under immense pressure to do something, anything in fact, but the urgency is an illusion and you would do well to ride out the storm happening inside your head and wait for new information to arrive.

Don’t be rushed into taking premature action that you might regret later and moreover, if you are waiting for someone else to act first then give them more time… you have no idea what they are dealing with and you know they will come through for you in the end.

Principle 5 is grounded in the material and the physical things that appear to keep us trapped, but this is a precarious transition where you are quite likely to throw the baby out with the bath water in an effort to free yourself from what was actually nothing more than your faulty perception.

Time out folks, rest, relax… take a vacation if it’s possible but most of all go within and contemplate what constitutes true freedom before you sell off the family silver or walk away from your hard won career.

Ask for help from someone you trust who isn’t invested in the outcome to help you get clarity… and give the rest to God. He’s got a handle on the whole theatrical set up and will dispatch angels to show you the way the minute you stop playing the impending disaster movie inside your visual cortex and surrender… you’re ok, it’s all in the mind.

In The Presence Of Heroes

Many of you have them, heroes that is. Perhaps those in the media, those in powerful positions within your industries or interests, but how many of your heroes exist within your current circle of friends?

I feel very blessed to know quite a few, what I call, everyday heroes. People who inspire me day in, day out with extraordinary feats of endurance, patience, forgiveness, strength of character and the ability to break through personal barriers in their own lives and I am genuinely grateful for each of them.

When you focus on what needs to transform within your own life, often it’s difficult to see a way to break through old conditioning… My mum has this saying that makes me laugh “You can’t teach an old dog new tricks” which is basically her way of saying she can’t be bothered to break an old habit if it requires effort, but there are times when you genuinely don’t know how to start. This is the time when you call upon your heroes and ask yourself: “What do I admire about them?” “What attributes would I like to emulate in my own life?”

If you are surrounded by heroes then you too are blessed because you naturally begin to morph into the same vibration as those you spend your time with. If however, you find yourself spending the majority of your time with the victim brigade then guess where your energy is headed? A few of you will be strong enough to pull the crowd up by the bootstraps into the 5th dimension but most will be betting against losing odds. So here’s the thing… place yourself in the presence of heroes.

When it comes to The Wholly Grail, Principle 4: I AM Truth asks that you follow your own star and so emulating your heroes might seem counter-intuitive, but when you have identified and are focused on the star, it’s helpful if someone is around to demonstrate how to tie the rope and lasso the one with your name on it!

The heroes in your life will show you how, tell you you can,  cheer you on whilst you try and open the champagne when you succeed… The heroes are my kind of people.

The Celestial Mapmaker

What gives you passion gives you purpose. Without purpose you will find yourself like a rudderless ship drifting on an endless sea.

Before GPS was invented and satellites were thrust up into orbit amongst the rest of the space junk that we’ve managed to lay to waste in heaven’s, we navigated by the stars. Those of us who still believe in destiny, that our lives are literally mapped out by those same celestial bodies, are navigating the seas of personal realisation just as those sailors once navigated the globe.

Being one of those believers, I’m almost certain that something much bigger than I, something with a plan I don’t have full access to, wrote amongst those stars a combination or constellation so powerful in its magnetic pull that I would have no choice but to follow the breadcrumbs laid out for me towards a convergence that only It could possibly predict.

Why else would the synchronicities I have stumbled upon have led me to this point?

God, Source, Allah, The Tao… whatever you choose to call The Celestial Mapmaker, seems to have a failsafe when it comes to this unfolding: when you’re off course, off mission, off purpose even, and the synchronicities are ignored in your attempt to assert your presumption of free will, your passion wanes. Basically put: if it’s not written in the stars you can’t get excited about it.

This is the same premise that attracts us to a mate. If you are incompatible or not meant to interact then there is no spark… Now don’t get me wrong here, passion can be positive or negative… you can dislike someone with a passion too, but in order for there to be an impact there has to be an attraction… The Law of Attraction! The moon has a magnetic pull that moves the oceans creating waves of passion that swell and recede… the ocean cannot react otherwise… it’s a failsafe written in the stars… The moon will rise, the oceans will heave. It’s all very romantic but it has a point:

The point being that if your not passionate about something then you’re off mission. That’s not to say that every detail will inspire you but your every action will lead you towards an outcome that if you only knew how miraculous it could be, if you had just enough faith and trust to lean into the fear of the unknown and surrender to the greater plan, the rewards could be beyond your wildest dreams.

You may not have access to the big picture in your human form but you have to understand that when you embrace all that you are: The Celestial Mapmaker is you. It was written in the stars because you put it there, and that passion you feel is a spark of The Divine within you remembering the time before time when The Mind of God drew the map and The Hand of God fashioned the heavens.

What If The Obstacle Is You?

Do you focus on the obstacles or the way around them? This was the question I had to ask myself this morning when preparing to write a Grail insight.

Interestingly, I was the obstacle to my own motivation this morning when I awoke feeling a little out of sorts having witnessed a movie style dream scenario, no doubt unearthing deeply routed truths about my inner workings and the current state of my external life. The obstacle was an obvious Law of Attraction faux pas, I was focused on how I felt not how I wanted to feel.

My thoughts were dictating the direction my day was going and though a part of me was giving in to the momentum of going nowhere fast, my overall goals did not exist along that particular path. My goals being to feel joy, passion, fulfilment, inspiration and excitement in every moment from here on out. The goals had to be the motivation.

Choosing to look beyond the obstacle is often the most effective way of allowing Source to show you the route around or through it, creating a simply and swift path to the destination whereas when you look directly at the very thing that is stopping you from moving forward that will eventually become all you can see. I’m not suggesting that you slip into denial about the potential setbacks along the path… they are meant to keep the journey interesting, to provide challenge and diversity in the day to day of things but there’s a big difference between acknowledging what’s in the way and obsessing over it.

So what if the obstacle is you?

When what you want is a big enough ‘why?’ and the benefits to shifting into a higher gear outweigh the familiarity holding you back then you start to create the formula for revolution.

Use a visual trigger to remind you… I know vision boards are becoming a bit common place but there’s a reason for that. Stick some motivational quotes on the fridge door, get some pictures that represent your intentions, start describing your desired adventure and start taking small steps towards your new world.

Today I have mundane tasks to complete that don’t seem to have the potential to drive me forward… or do they? My goals as I said are to feel joy, passion, fulfilment, inspiration and excitement in every moment… so my mundane chores (done with a happy heart) are about to be the key to all those feelings… now let’s start with a magical walk through the enchanted forest just to buy some milk!

Look past the problem and witness the potential and remember that Principle 4: I AM Truth is an ever growing entity… “I reserve the right to evolve!”

Saturday Oracle – Your Own Best Friend

For the second week running the issue of Self-Full Living has risen to the surface to remind you that you matter…

Principle 6: I AM Self-Full combines its powerful influence with the sacral chakra to highlight your relationships and more importantly this week, where you fit into them.

Redefining boundaries will feature heavily in the next few days as you find more and more that your needs are not being met and in some cases you are being taken advantage of.

You may notice that those close to you are making the rules up as they go along and are somewhat oblivious to the effects of their actions… it’s not personal, they are simply behaving in a way that feels natural to them and as you may have been passively standing by as standards deteriorate, now is not the time to apportion blame for the fact that you feel violated or otherwise affronted.

The issue here lies in the assumption that loved ones actually know what you want… have you been clear?

Knowing where you end and others begin is a tricky business especially when you’re invested in the friendship/partnership/relationship, as rocking the boat by being vocal about what’s gone wrong can often feel confrontational if handled badly, perceivably risking the connection, but here’s the thing: strong fences, good neighbours make. In layman’s terms that’s pointing out that without boundaries conflicts ensue.

All that being said, this week it’s time to be your own best friend and take back control of your life by first accepting responsibility for allowing your energetic walls to be breached and then clarifying your position.

Everyone benefits from knowing where they stand.

Ask Archangel Michael to guide you to find the right words to use and to cut cords and attachments to fear based thoughts that have thus far caused you to remain passive or silent and ask for everyone’s highest good to be served by your assertive actions.

Carefully Handling My Wobbly Bits

Despite the title I assure you that this is a spiritual/self-awareness post, honest…

As I write this I’m preparing a lesson for a meditation class about creating change. I am experiencing unprecedented internal transformation at present and the process feels very comfortable for the most part simply because, having dived into the depths of self I have faced the true nature of what it is I actually wish to change in my life…

Over the last couple of days though I have had an unusually high number of conversations with friends, colleagues, and clients who are frantically transforming the external decor… from hair and wardrobe to phone and vehicle to address and interior design. Then last night it occurred to me that I too had been browsing the old paint swatches looking for the right hue to brighten up my living environment. What’s going on?

It’s simple. We grow or we die… growth is change.

The dilemma arrives when we use external change to temporarily numb the issues that are really requiring our attention. These sweeping statements of material upgrade are our 3rd dimensional attempt to force the new in our lives.

Change is always happening, but you cannot always see what is being morphed into a new and unfamiliar shape, causing apprehension and internal wobble, so we do what we can to imitate control over our lives to give ourselves the reassurance that change is good when in effect it is neither good nor bad it is simply necessary for growth, for survival.

I’ve decided that slapping some paint on the kitchen is a harmless way of carefully handling my wobbly bits while ever I’m conscious that that’s all it is.  So go forth and dye your hair, clear out your wardrobe, redesign your garden… whatever floats your boat in the moment… but don’t hide from the truth of what’s really requiring your attention underneath the surface glitter.

… And speaking of hair, let’s keep it positive today people!

Flowing Towards What’s Growing

Each morning and evening, when I wake and before I go to sleep, I journal. Nothing extensive, just a few lines of thoughts, feelings, experiences and a prayer. This sacred act helps bring clarity and focus, relieves repetitive thought and ensures any suppressed issues are brought into the light… in short its a healing process that forms part of my Self-Full routine and one I’d highly recommend to anyone.

As I picked up my journal today I caught sight of a short entry from last week that made me smile… it simply read: “Dear God, please protect my happy bubble!”

What a wonderful image to portray in words.

The reference sought to acknowledge the fragility of joy within a mind that is habituated to stress through years of looking too far forward and too far back. I tell myself that comes with the territory of an intuitive, prophecy is rarely based in the now and that of course is where my happy bubble exists.

God’s answer came in very quickly the day I wrote it with the overwhelming internal message “How can I protect you from yourself… when you won’t let Me?” That’s what made me smile. When the insight becomes tangible for you that you are all powerful when it comes to the choice of presence. When you understand that the sharp edges that threaten your happy bubble are the metaphorical knives and arrows of your own thoughts and that you have the free will to transform “if, but and maybe” into moment to moment “flowing towards what’s growing,” then happy becomes less of a gamble and transforms into a natural friend that stands with you regardless of the external twists and turns that penetrate the outer veil when the universe wants to ramp up the story a notch.

Principle 2: I AM Detached is my happy bubble. If I want God to protect it, then I have to put down the knives!

A Festival of Freedom – When Passion Returns

It’s easy to lose sight of the path when you get lost in the details.

After hitting a brick wall career-wise about 4 years ago and not really knowing which direction I wanted to go in, I set about analysing what caused me to crash into that wall in the first place. It was simple: I was so focused on the details of what I needed to achieve that I forgot what I loved doing and why I started doing it to begin with.

I stepped out of a personal and professional prison in 2008 to build myself a new one in 2009 until I unlocked the door and let myself out less than a year later and began to soar… then came the opportunity to expand and in the process I built myself yet another set of metaphorical walls that I did somersaults to maintain until the back end of 2012 when it almost broke me… 6 months after defining The Wholly Grail, my cup was empty and I knew it.

The process of stripping away the tendency to build walls has not been an easy one because along with it came the fear of building anything at all, so instead I subconsciously devised a little Cha cha cha that took me one step forward, two steps back, to the side, together, other side, together… begin again. My ego doing battle with my soul until I understood what it was I was truly trying to create… A Festival of Freedom!

I say a festival because what I truly want is to feel joyous, abundant, healthy, happy, fulfilled every single day. Life is supposed to be fun! But I was caught up in the details and what I needed to do to achieve them.

Today, I’m inspired by what happens when passion returns. What can be achieved when you embrace your true loves and inspirations, the things that make your soul sing. They never left, they were simply buried under a mountain of details and when you remember your gifts are deeply connected to your passions you come alive and the universe shows you the path again… the one without walls.

Four years of self-healing using the Grail makes me an expert and as an expert, I know how fragile it can be without vigilance and due diligence. Principle 2: I AM Detached is the way through the details and Principle 5: I AM Liberated dismantles the prisons. It’s my least mentioned Principle in written form because it’s my own greatest healing journey.

Due diligence means doing the work… if you would like to journey into Self and set yourself free with guidance from the expert then check out The Path of Petals training course here or book a Grail Consultation here.

Passionately yours

The Path of Petals

New Course: The Path of Petals

Commencing: 3rd March 2017

Location: South East Sheffield, UK

The Path of Petals is a journey of self-discovery, inner alchemy and self-mastery. It is one of many ascension pathways requiring of its sojourners to both dig deep and reach high.

This course is a combination of many of the spiritual practices and techniques that I have taught for years and has been devised to consolidate and contextualize knowledge into wisdom through disciplined personal practice.

In some traditions the chakras, when activated and enlightened, are referred to as The Chain of Flowers, taking this principle, The Path of Petals suggests walking step by step through the chain and understanding each petal (challenge or blessing) of the chakra as you go.

The course systematically climbs the chakras through the 3rd, 4th and 5th dimensions, through 33 chakra stages, deliberately uncovering, facing and healing latent programming and old wounds, releasing the individual from conditioned responses and emerging into true grace: the epitome of 5th dimensional living. Overlit by the ascended master’s Dwjal Khul (know also as The Tibetan or The Seeker’s Master) and Serapis Bey (sometimes referred to as The Egyptian) and embracing aspects of The Essene traditions and The Kabbalah. The course will feature lightbuilding exercises, colour, crystal, visualisation and sound therapy alongside the in depth psychology work.

Ascension is the process of ‘raising up’, moving into a state of mastery over the ego and freeing oneself from the ego’s mastery over you.

This is mainly a face to face course and its participants must be able to travel to Sheffield UK on a fortnightly basis to attend the group sessions which will be supplemented with online group work via a private Facebook group on the alternate weeks in between sessions and one to one follow ups/counselling with me. It is meant to provoke a serious disciplined personal spiritual practice and therefore self-work/homework will be mandatory in order to facilitate a shift in consciousness.

This course is for you if you are aiming to make your current spiritual practice a part of your daily life without feeling like you can’t function in reality and be spiritual too; if you are looking for a supportive small group environment in which to explore the true meaning of spirituality beyond the fluffy bits (where you can stop pretending to feel love and light and actually start generating it); and if you are ready to undertake the dedication and commitment needed to transform your world into heaven here on earth.

NB: It’s worth noting that those of legend who walked this path before, had a tendency to spend 40 days in the wilderness before arriving into the state you’re perusing… so don’t think this journey will be an easy one!

I’m making the commitment to the course attendees to dedicate up to 18 months to walk this journey with you (actual course length is 72 weeks/36 live sessions) and those who decide to undergo this training will be expected to show the same level of commitment. The cost of the course reflects the intention and places are limited to just a handful to ensure everyone gets the support they need throughout the process.

Payable over 3 payments each of £333,  (the number representing the ascended master’s) the first of which is due before the course commences, then again at the end of August 2017 and the final payment is due again at the end of Feb 2018.

(Equating to a total investment in your training of £999 GBP which works out at less than £1.99 per day over the length of the course).

If you think you are ready to walk The Path of Petals contact me now for more information and to apply.

Please note that payment of first instalment will secure your place on this course.

I’m looking forward to walking the path with you.
